When you change a habit, you change the course of your life. We focus on the Why, How, When and Where you eat, more than What you eat. We all know what food is good for us and less healthy for us, more than often it is the Why, How, When and Where, that trip us up.
To keep it affordable and accessible, my 60 Day Online Group Weight Loss Transformation Programs run through the year with 3 Cohorts kicking off each month.
Are you sick and tired of thinking about food all the time? Tired of being on a “diet roller coaster”? Then I would wholeheartedly say this course is for you.
No diet, No pills, No shakes, No starvation or massive food restrictions, No counting calories and No rigid workout plan.
The only things you can lose are weight and habits that do not serve you anymore. For £2.50 per day for 60 Days, a very reasonable total of £150.00, you will create a relationship with food, yourself, your health and your life that you will love and that will last you all your journeys around the sun. And I will be there for you every step of the way. Your accountability partner, your cheerleader, your truthteller and your biggest supporter.
During the 60 days you will ease your body into a new way of living and eating and your mind into a new way of thinking.

*Throughout the 60 days, we will cover: movement, sugar addiction and balancing sugar levels, how not to eat your emotions and stop binge eating, decluttering your life and your kitchen, learn how to reduce inflammation, improve your skin and look younger, enjoy new recipes, meditation, journaling.
*Nutritional advice and great healthy recipes.
*Explore movement, how it will benefit not only your body, but your mind and soul as well.
*Easy to follow work-out plans

Tackling transformation and habit change is a lot on your own and often overwhelming to the point that it is easier to stay where you are. Having me as you Coach and being part of a Group, you will receive individual feedback and the opportunity to network and share your experiences with fellow 60 Day members.
