🔹 PHASE 1 – Foundations (Weeks 1–6)

Goal: Reset your routines, mindset, and energy.
You’ll learn how to eat for focus and performance, build small habits that stick, and replace “motivation” with momentum.
🧭 Learn: how to fuel properly, create 3 go-to meals, and manage energy like an athlete.

🔹 PHASE 2 – Nutrition for Performance (Weeks 7–12)

Goal: Optimise your body composition and metabolism.
You’ll master balanced meals, smarter fuelling, and real-world food choices that fit your lifestyle.
🔥 Learn: blood sugar balance, gut health, meal prep, and alcohol/social balance.

🔹 PHASE 3 – Body & Mind Optimisation (Weeks 13–18)

Goal: Build strength, reduce stress, and improve recovery.
We focus on training smarter, improving sleep, and understanding hormones and ageing.
💪 Learn: movement programming, recovery habits, and stress control systems.

🔹 PHASE 4 – Lifestyle & Longevity (Weeks 19–24)

Goal: Create systems that protect your progress for life.
You’ll redefine success beyond the scales and build routines that keep you consistent, even when life gets busy.
⚡ Learn: confidence, social balance, mindful fuelling, and long-term maintenance habits.

Goal: Transition from transformation to mastery.
